Health Insurance:

We will bill all your health insurance for you! We belong to many plans, and some plans pay even if you are not in the network. All plans are different so call and let us find out what your insurance will cover. We have specific and detailed insurance verification forms to get all of your coverage. We will sit down with you and go over all your coverag in detail.

Auto Accident:

As long as you or the person driving had auto insurance at the time of the collision your own auto insurance company should pay all the bills. If you or the driver you were with didn't have auto insurance, it is stil possible that your treatments could be covered. Don't hesitate to call us to see if you will be covered.

Work Related Injury:

Your worker's compensation insurance through your employer will pay for treatments. As long as you report the accidnet to your employer, and fill out an accident report, you will be covered. You may choose two doctors of your choice. We have free hand books on your rights to Workers Compensation. Call us to find out if your bills will be covered, and to recieve a free handbook on workers compensation.

Medicare:

Medicare will cover 80% of your chiropractic adjustments. If you have a secondary, or a supplemental insurance, it will usually pick up the ohter 20%, so in the end you will be covered 100%.

Cash Patient:

If you do not have insurance coverage we do accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Pricing is dependent upon each individual. Before any services are rendered whether or not you have insurance we will explain the costs to you. There are no hidden costs, and our prices are very affordable. We don't want money to get in the way of your health, and will not turn anyone away for any financial issues.

Payment Options:

You have many different options to pay for your care. You can prepay for your visits, and recieve a percentage discount. We have Care Credit which is a health care credit card. It will allow you to make monthly payments for up to 18 months interest free. Another option is to do a monthly payment plan in the office with credit card on file. We will determine a set amoung that you can afford per month and we will automatically charge your credit card for 3.6.9 months with no interest. Credit or Debit card must be kept on file.
