Debbie DeMaira (Office Manager)

Debbie has been in the chiropractic field for over 25 years.  She has attended many chiropractic training and management seminars over the past years.  She has a strong philosophy in chiropractic and her passion is educating patients about the benefits of chiropractic care and to ensure that the patient's experience is a pleasurable one.  Debbie has been married to her husband for 19 years and has been blessed with two beautiful children.  Debbie's family all get adjusted on a regular basis and her children have been under chiropractic care since birth.  Debbie's hobbies include art/design, nutrition, playing sports with her children and reading. 

Christine Barnes (Chiropractic Assistant)

Christine and her husband Dennis have been patients at VWC since 2008, and feels that chiropractic care plays an important role in their overall health care.  She has earned a B.A. Degree from Northeastern Illinois University, Fitness Administration, Two Applied Associates of Science Degree's from William Rainey Harper College, Cardiac Rehab, and has been an ISSA Certified Fitness instructor since 2006.  As you can see, she has a passion for health and wellness!  She is also a coach for the Special Olympics along with being an active member of the Concept 2 Million Meter rowing club.  Her other hobbies include spending time with her husband Dennis, their dog Chloe, biking, hiking, running, and weight lifting.

Jen Palaszewski  (Massage Therapist)

Jen graduated from First Institute in Crystal Lake, IL and has been a licensed massage therapist for over five years.   Jen brings many valuable skills and resources to support you in attaining your health and wellness goals.  Her style includes deep tissue, neuromuscular, and general relaxation techniques to effectively address your unique needs.  Jen has also had the opportunity to work on many professional athletes and has contributed numerous articles to MMA magazines regarding sports massage.  She has been married to her husband Bart, who is a professional UFC fighter for 3 years.  In her spare time Jen enjoys attending fights and spending time with their beautiful four year old daughter Natalia. 

 First time massage patients will receive a 60 minute massage for only $45.
